To ensure the proper use and correct return of the vehicle, the lessee must choose, at least 5 days before collection, one of the following deposit options:
- Bank transfer deposit: Payment will be made by bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle within 7-14 days.
- Digital Deposit (Link Mode): A deposit system that does not charge or withhold funds from the customer’s card. This option incurs a non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs. In the event of damage, the cost of the repair will be charged to the card provided, plus 3.41% + €0.25 to cover processing fees.
No, a B driving licence is sufficient.
Depending on the model, 2 to 3 persons can travel comfortably. (see the characteristics of each one). The maximum is 3 as this is the number of seat belts in all our camper vans.
We only have a 4-seater model (CARACOLA model), but previous experience with large vehicles is required.
Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory insurance by law. The insurance will cover accidents caused by third parties, breakdowns, towing, etc. However, any damage caused by the customer will be paid for by them.
No. Our rentals include unlimited mileage.
You can park anywhere where parking is allowed for any car, as long as it is not expressly indicated otherwise and you comply with the traffic regulations.
It is important to take into account whether there are height restriction signs.
All our camper vans are equipped with a solar panel and an auxiliary battery which are charged by the sun and while driving and provide 24h electricity. In this way you can use the USB chargers, the fridge and the fan, even when the engine is switched off.
All our rentals include bed linen and pillow.
At Two Brothers CamperVan, we're pet-friendly! Let us know when you book, as prior authorisation is essential. Please note: pets are not permitted in all models. Campervan furnishings (such as mattresses, furniture, cab seats, etc.) cannot be used for animals. An extra cleaning fee of €80 will be charged for any dirt or pet hair requiring additional cleaning.

The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions and clean, the grey water tank empty, as well as the fuel tank full, or with the same level of fuel as it was delivered. Also the empty and clean potty. Otherwise, the renter accepts the payment of the fixed amount of 60 € for the extra cleaning. If the fuel tank is not filled, this will be deducted from the deposit.
The public opening hours are from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm, being:
· Check-out time: From 10:00 to 11:00.
Check-in time: From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Supplements for check-in and check-out outside of regular hours, subject to availability:
□ Check out between 5:00 am and 10:00 am: free (see terms and conditions).
□ Check out after 11:00 AM and until 1:00 PM: €30.
□ Check out after 13:00: one day's rate applies.
□ Late check-in between 18:00 and 20:00: €30.
□ Check-in after 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM: €50.
□ Check-in after 11:00 PM. The vehicle will be left parked at the door with the keys in a lockbox. It will not be possible to drive it immediately, and you will have to wait until the following morning when the office is open to check in.
□ For Sundays and public holidays, the same price will apply with an additional €20.
Yes, it is a mandatory condition to provide a deposit (depending on the camper model) in order to collect the vehicle. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the camper has not suffered any damage.
