Yes, all our camper vans are insured with an excess including roadside assistance. At the beginning of the rental we ask our customers for a deposit of 600€ or 800€ (depending on the vehicle model) which is, of course, returned at the end of the rental period (if the vehicle is returned undamaged).
No. Our rentals include unlimited mileage.
You can park anywhere where parking is allowed for any car, as long as it is not expressly indicated otherwise and you comply with the traffic regulations.

All our camper vans are equipped with a solar panel and an auxiliary battery which are charged by the sun and while driving and provide 24h electricity. In this way you can use the USB chargers, the fridge and the fan, even when the engine is switched off.
All our rentals include bed linen and pillow.
At Two Brothers CamperVan we are pet-friendly! Please let us know when you make your booking, as prior authorisation is required. Please note: Pets are not allowed in all models. It is not allowed to use the elements of the camper for the animals (such as mattresses, furniture, cabin seats...). Extra cleaning due to dirt or hair will have a cost of 60€.
To facilitate the arrival and departure of our clients we offer a transfer service from/to the airport, please request it in your booking process!
The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions and clean, the grey water tank empty, as well as the fuel tank full, or with the same level of fuel as it was delivered. Also the empty and clean potty. Otherwise, the renter accepts the payment of the fixed amount of 60 € for the extra cleaning. If the fuel tank is not filled, this will be deducted from the deposit.
Our rentals are per night, so pick-up and drop-off times are as follows:
- Check In timetable: from 16:00h to 18:00h.
- Check Out timetable: from 10:00h to 11:00h.
For deliveries and returns between 19.00h. and 09.00h. a supplement is charged for late night deliveries/returns and are subject to availability.
We try to adapt to the needs of our customers, so you can also rent for full days depending on availability. In these cases the delivery time will be from 10:30h and the return will be until 19:00h.
The cancellation of a reservation entails a penalty on the amount paid, depending on the date on which it is communicated:
1. If notified up to one month before the collection date: free of charge.
2. If it is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental period: 80% shall be withheld from the amount as penalty.
3. If less than 16 days notice is given before the start of the rental period: 100% shall be withheld from the amount as a penalty.
Yes, a deposit of €600 or €800 (depending on the model of the van) is required in order to collect the vehicle. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the van has not suffered any damage.
