From the beginning of the reservation of a camper van, the following rental conditions apply and become part of the camper van rental contract.
When picking up the rented camper van, the traveller\/renter accepts the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are binding.<\/p>\n\n

First. - Purpose and duration of rental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The owner rents the camper van (without driver) to the renter for the days stipulated in each case, the place of delivery and collection of the vehicle being Cam\u00ed de Sant Antoni, 07420 Sa Pobla (Plus Code Q28Q+P6G La Puebla).<\/p>\n\n

The opening hours are from 10h to 18h, being:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Check Out timetable: from 10:00h to 11:00h.<\/li>\n\n
  • Check In timetable: from 16:00h to 18:00h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    For deliveries and returns between 19.00h. and 09.00h. a supplement is charged for late night deliveries\/returns and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n

    Second. - Rental Price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    The rental price of the vehicle for the total number of days is due at the time of pick-up and start of the camper van rental.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

    Third. - Changes and cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the amount paid:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. If notified up to one month before the collection date: free of charge.<\/li>\n\n
    2. If you give notice between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty.<\/li>\n\n
    3. If you contact us less than 16 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Fourth. - Bail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      At the time of collection of the vehicle, the lessee deposits the amount of 600\u20ac\/800\u20ac as a deposit to guarantee the proper use and correct return of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n

      The security deposit will be returned after examination of the vehicle, which, in case of damage or damage due to misuse, will determine by detailed note, the amount to be paid by the customer, authorizing the lessee to offset this amount from the deposit deposited. If it is not possible to assess the damage immediately, the owner will have 15 days to return, if applicable, the amount of the remaining deposit, after deducting the cost of repairing the damage caused.<\/p>\n\n

      If the damage or deterioration is greater than 600 \u20ac, the insurance company that covers the risk of the camper van will pay for the damage or deterioration up to this amount (excess), unless the renter has acted negligently and the insurance company refuses to pay, in which case the amount of the repairs will be paid in full by the renter.

      In the event of minor damage to the vehicle, such as scratches or chipped paintwork, in order to avoid a higher repair cost for the repair of the entire damaged area, an amount of between 50\u20ac-100\u20ac will be deducted from the deposit for each damaged area of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n

      Fifth. - Force Majeure and Fortuitous Event<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      The Hirer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed date. Force majeure is understood to be an insurmountable atmospheric element and fortuitous event is understood to be a breakdown or damage that cannot be repaired by the scheduled delivery date of the camper van. In such a case, the amount paid as a deposit and reservation will be returned in full to the lessee.<\/p>\n\n

      Sixth. - Early termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      In the event that the hirer, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or terminates it early, he shall not be entitled to any reimbursement. The non-presentation of the hirer at the place and time agreed for the start of this contract shall be considered as a unilateral termination of the contract and the reservation by the hirer, with the following effects:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      1. Penalty of 100% of the contracted rental value.<\/li>\n\n
      2. The owner may dispose of the reserved vehicle without the hirer being entitled to any indemnity or compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Seventh. - Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        The minimum age to be able to drive the vehicle is 25 years old and the driving licence must be valid for 2 years.<\/p>\n\n

        The hirer will hand over a copy of his driving licence before his arrival, or of the person who is going to drive the vehicle, the hirer assuming all responsibility that may arise from not complying with this requirement, whether it be possible traffic sanctions, or refusal by the insurance company in the event of any claim.<\/p>\n\n

        Eighth. - Use and Enjoyment according to Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morals, laws and good customs. It is expressly forbidden to transport more people than the number of people allowed by the vehicle's Technical Data Sheet, to carry out races, transport goods or objects, whether or not they are allowed by our legislation, or to transfer its use for payment or profit.<\/p>\n\n

        Ninth. - Penalties and Fines. Vehicle Paralysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        The lessee shall be liable for any penalties or fines imposed on him. The amount of such fines plus a commission of 15\u20ac.<\/strong> for the processing of the payment of each fine.<\/p>\n\n

        In the event that the vehicle is retained or impounded due to the fault of the lessee, the expenses and loss of profit of the owner during the time that the vehicle is unavailable will be at the lessee's risk and expense, and the amount per day will be applied for each day that the vehicle is retained or impounded, according to the model and rates in force of the vehicle rental price.
        In the event of the vehicle being immobilised for reasons exclusively attributable to the hirer, the latter shall be liable for the damages resulting from such immobilisation and shall consequently bear the rental costs for all the days it is immobilised, in accordance with the current rates.<\/p>\n\n

        Tenth. - Gasoline, clean water, butane tanks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        The rented vehicle is delivered in perfect condition for its use and enjoyment, with a full tank of fuel, the lessee having been duly instructed by the owner or his staff.<\/p>\n\n

        The return of the vehicle on the agreed day will be carried out under the same conditions, with its clean interior<\/strong>the deposit of grey water empty<\/strong>as well as the deposit of FULL FUEL<\/strong>or with the same level of fuel as delivered. Otherwise, the lessee accepts the payment of the fixed sum of 60\u20ac\u00a0<\/strong>for extra cleaning and 20 plus fuel ticket<\/strong> which, where appropriate, shall be deducted from the security.<\/p>\n\n

        Eleventh. - Extension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        In principle, the extension of this contract is prohibited. However, if the Hirer wishes to extend the rental of the vehicle beyond the established dates, he must inform Owner 3 days prior to the end of the contract, it being the Owner's power to authorise the extension, taking into account the Owner's availability at that time, and therefore no prior commitment is assumed in this regard.
        Unauthorised or force majeure delays in return will be penalised with a daily rate equal to the amount applied in the contract.<\/p>\n\n

        Twelfth. - Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        The vehicle covered by this contract is insured in accordance with the law. Should a loss occur during the term of the rental contract, the lessee shall be liable for this amount, which he\/she hereby authorises to be offset against the security deposit, if applicable. Any civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not included in the policy shall be borne exclusively by the lessee.<\/p>\n\n

        Thirteenth. - Other<\/strong>

        Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.

        Pets are allowed with the prior permission of the property. But for hygienic and allergic reasons you have to carry your pet in a blanket or sheet during the road trip. The elements of the camper may not be used for animals, the extra cleaning that must be done for dirt or hair will have a cost of 60\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n


        When driving, the regulations must be complied with in order to avoid fines. Traffic regulations dictate that animals must be securely fastened to the vehicle to prevent them from interfering with driving. A separator must be placed to prevent them from causing a nuisance or causing distractions.<\/p>\n\n

        The loss of keys by the tenant entails the payment of 220 euros for their replacement.
        The loss of documentation by the tenant will lead to the payment of 250 euros, which will be deducted from the deposit.
        It is forbidden to travel outside the island of Mallorca without the express written authorisation of the Owner.<\/p>\n\n
